greening out // for someone that’s really not all about routine, spending time in solo iso is pushing me to flow through the day differently. I have the time to focus more on what I’m putting in (and on) my body. I can’t stop saying ‘health is wealth’ ~ and this smoothie certainly tastes healthy! I chucked some aloe that I grew at home in there, usually I do a shot of aloe from the health food store. If you aren’t used to incorporating aloe into your day, please ease yourself into it. The exterior is quite fibrous I’ll post the recipe in the comments bellow
MUSH LOVE Now this is the kind of news I’m here for! It might be time to take that foraging course, experiment with enoki or consider micro dosing (therapists are now sometimes prescribing psilocybin for depression + anxiety). Some are poisonous, but many are super healing, almost meat like & versatile. Toss them in a broth, cook them into stuffing, chuck one on the barby ~ but please let them sit outside first... so that they can absorb vitamin D better than we can.
