We had a great crew of volunteers today to put a new roof on Exhibition Hall and to paint the Dining Hall!! Thank you to all our helpers! It’s because of great volunteers that we can complete these projects to enhance our grounds!
This year would have been the 102nd Cumberland County Exhibition! We miss our exhibitors, spectators and guests! We can’t wait for you to see some of the improvements we have made to the grounds with the help of our summer students Brad and Jada! We were so lucky to have such hard working students to help with some of these improvements!

A year ago today was the first day of the exhibition. Wow, time flies! Even though the barns and grounds may be empty this year, we can already picture the fun to come when the exhibition returns next year! We know our CCEx cow Blueberry (shown below) sure is excited to moo-ve back onto the grounds next year! We'd like to thank some of our yellow ribbon sponsors for their continuous support and contributions: "In memory of Don Sooner and Don Rushton", Bradley Rushton Drywall, Randy & Cindy Oickle Construction LTD, D&J Home Hardware, Leonard Allen, The Warehouse Café, Copper Tree Boutique, DR Polley, and Dill Dowe Trucking. We are very sad that we can’t be together in person next week, however, we’d love to see what you’ve been working on!
The Cumberland County Exhibition board of directors and the summer students have been working hard this summer to make some improvements to the grounds. We have been working off a limited budget and are looking to run an online auction to raise some money to continue to make improvements. If you’d like to donate an item please reach out to any board member or contact us through our Facebook page! We are looking for any type of items; baked goods, preserves, gift cards, new... merchandise, etc! Some of the improvements we have been/will be working on; - Making a family changing room - Painting the dining hall - Making the entrance to the industrial building bigger to accommodate more storage - Painting the brick barn (Main alley way) - New roof on Exhibition Hall! - Fixing up boards in the brick barn - Leveling and fixing up the horse stalls - Making signs for the outside buildings These are just a few projects on the go! A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us and continues to support us! We can’t wait for exhibition 2021!!
