With the ongoing Pandemic and the growing concerns for what is going on I can understand peoples concerns, however we must also be considerate to those who have medical exemptions. In Cups and Cones we take every precaution and go above and beyond to protect our clientele as well as our staff. We feed a number of seniors everyday, we have been on the front lines since the beginning providing and filling the need of our clients. We do have clients who come in without masks and... also have one staff who has medical exemption to wearing their masks. We must understand that as for our staff we do offer a number of alternatives such as another server helping you, take out and delivery. Under the medical mandates set out we must understand the rules: "APH and the provincial government are not asking businesses to require proof of medical or other such exemptions from customers or employees." If you feel uncomfortable at this time to come in to the store we do understand and will offer delivery and take out. As well we do look forward to your return when this is all over as we have always stated our staff and clientele our family to us and we are here for each and every one of you. See more
