Your health and safety is our priority. We have implemented and meet or exceed all Covid-19 health and safety standards as directed by Ontario Public Health, Ottawa Public Health, and our professions’ respective regulatory colleges. ... To maintain all health and safety standards, there are few things we will need you to do before you come to the Clinic. Please complete a self-assessment screening by answering the following questions: - Do you have a fever, chills? - Do you have a cough? - Do you have shortness of breath or difficulty breathing? - Have you been in close contact with a person who has confirmed Covid-19 or is under investigation for Covid-19 in the past 14 days? - Have you or anyone from your household travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days? If you answer YES to any of these questions, you will not be permitted to enter the Clinic and will be advised to stay home and self-isolate for a period of 14 days. If you pass the screening, upon arrival at the Clinic: - Please enter only at the time of your scheduled appointment. - Please come alone - only the person scheduled will be permitted in the Clinic. - All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
