The Spruces Gallery Ingonish, Cape Breton, NS Every now and then something appears that you have to get. This sign to most, is simple, only from the 70s/80s, but in my case, it was part of my childhood as my Uncle & Aunt ran the Gallery. Vernon & Jean (Olsen) Amos.... Vernon was a well known, Cape Breton watercolour artist. Vernon passed at age 93, in 2010. Jean passed at age 91, in 2011.
