Congrats to @johnfawcus on a great showing in his first show @vancityshowdown .. John is a life time natural athlete and brought one of the most conditioned physiques to the stage. Winning 1st light heavyweight bodybuilding 1st classic bodybuilding and at last minute we decided to put him in men's physique also and he took 3 rd.
