Custom Garage Suites

This client had to have a walk-in closet so we gave it to her with a great double door opening and custom built shelving. She absolutely loves it.

We applied for a ton of variances on this project and the city allowed us a full garden suite with a full front driveway. To my knowledge, the only one in the city. This is exactly what the owners wanted and we got it.

This awesome suite in Highlands features a ton of custom items including toe kick drawers and waterfall edge quartz tops.

Dramatic lighting was important to these clients so they selected fixtures that created interesting shadows and textures. Drama achieved in my opinion.

It’s not always about suites. Sometimes it’s office spaces or private hideaways. In this case an Art Studio. An introspective spot to find inspiration.
