CUTIE-PAWS SHOP POLICIES LATE CANCELLATIONS/ MISSED APPOINTMENTS: The courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice is required and appreciated. We understand that some situations arise, and we do try to be as flexible as possible. As it is a financial loss to the shop when clients miss their appointments, or cancel without proper notification, all missed appointments are charged a $30.00 fee, to be paid in full before rebooking.... ARRIVAL AND PICK UP TIMES: Due to heavy scheduling, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. At drop off we estimate your time for pick up, or call you when your pup is ready. The appointments usually run between 2 to 2.5 hours. The shop runs much smoother, having as little interruptions as possible. We accomplish this by carefully coordinating the appointments and also by not having clients stay with their puppies during grooming. FLEAS: Without exceptions, out of respect for other pets, we do not groom puppies with fleas. If fleas are present, the pup is sent home immediately, and the full grooming fee is charged to cover the costs involved in disinfecting the shop. MATTED /DIFFICULT PET FEE: There is a fee added to the regular cost of grooming, for pups that have more than normal mats or tangles. This fee also applies to dogs that are more difficult to groom, due to certain issues they might have. The fee is based on the severity and time spent on these appointments. THESE POLICIES ARE IN PLACE FOR THE COMFORT AND WELL BEING OF YOUR FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION

I try to take pictures of all the dogs that come into the shop. Sometimes I get so busy, I forget to take the camera out. I am revamping my doggie board, so, some dogs have not had their new pictures taken yet. I do not want to offend anyone, so if your dog`s picture is not in this album, Please let me know and I will take a new picture and post it. Thank you And since Rob, the big dog, as we call him, is brave enough to get his hair cut here, he darn well deserves a bandana just like the rest of the puppies. However he can be a little nippy sometimes which makes him more difficult to work with. LOL
