Finished off this beauty today ... a gorgeous 5/4 sapele panel, which will become the top of an entertainment unit at our client's Cayman Islands abode. This top turned out amazing, the joints are almost invisible. Our talented staff really care about what they are doing, especially when it comes to these highly customized pieces. We love to make our customer's visions come true.

Today, was the last day of work for 2019 ... capped off by another wonderfully #bingemans catered lunch for all of our fantastic staff. I would like to personally thank every single member of our phenomenal staff ... we had a tough year, but together we got through it. We faced many challenges in 2019, but together we overcame. I am proud to be associated with such a dedicated, motivated and talented group. May you all have a wonderfully Merry Christmas, and a blessed New... Year. A day of custom and large frames yesterday at our shop. We always make oversized items for our clients, but the 73" wide frame with the 110" diagonal opening (where every rail and stile have different sizes) was even too big for our #Costa wide-belt sander. Components were machine sanded prior to assembly, and then carefully hand-sanded after sizing. Our fantastic staff is awesome at masterfully creating and assembling any sized items, be it really small 5-piece fronts all the way to massive and over-sized custom pieces. @ Cutrite Woodworking

Holiday crunch-time ... we love to please our customers, and sometimes we are forced to hustle a bit more than normal. This morning, we are sizing 2 arched valances, for 2 clients, both of which will be delivered (along with the all the other doors for their respective jobs) later this afternoon. Our #thermwood CNC router does a phenomenal job of this (all of our custom pieces are created using CAD drawings) notice that we take our time and take off less than a 1/16" per pass. The extra time it takes to do this, is well worth it when you consider the superior outcome. No burning, no tear-outs, no chipping ... only a perfectly straight cut.
