Hello FB family and friends, we are still continuing our STOP Series. Today we bring you the third STOP Series! STOP #3: STOP WASTING YOUR TIME ON THINGS THAT ARE NOT PRODUCTIVE. Steve Jobs says "Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life." And Benjamin Franklin says " Lost time is never found again"... "TIME is the most valuable thing a man can spend" ~Theophrastus Scriptures to get you there: - Psalm 39:4~ "Lord remind me how brief my time on earth will be. Remind me that my days are numbered - how fleeting my life is" - The Bible makes us understand that time is of essence, a very scare commodity so we must not waste it. - Psalm 90:12 ~ " Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom". - Time is brief, be wise in your dealings! - Matt.6:33 ~ "Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need" - When you think about being productive with your time, Let God's Kingdom come first. Fundamentals about TIME - You either spend time, invest time or waste time - Time is spent when you have a monetary satisfaction - Time invested brings reward tomorrow or in the future - Time wasted adds no value to your life 12 TRUTHS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT TIME 1. Time is too short, Don't waste it 2. Time can be spent, invested or wasted 3. Time can never be too short or too much. God often gives each of us enough time to finish our assignment in life 4. Because we exchange time for money and we exchange money for everything we need in life, this means that we exchange our time for everything in life. - Every time you waste money, you waste time thereby wasting your life 5. Time waits for no one, so catch up 6. Time is neither your friend nor your enemy 7. The Devil's goal and the enemy's aim is to waste your time. Because when you waste your time, you waste your life 8. Worrying about anything in life is a waste of time 9. You don't need to answer every questions in life, it will waste your time. 10. The best and the greatest preparation for tomorrow is the best use of today 11. TO GIVE YOUR LEAST TO ANYTHING IN LIFE, IT IS NOT FAITH BUT FRAUD ~ PASTOR MARTINS FATOLA 12. So therefore brethren, the book of Ephesians 5:15 admonishes us to live like the wise, making the most of every opportunity (time) because the days are evil. Hello FB Family and Friends, we hope that your week has been well. We want to say a Happy Father's day to all the fathers out there. We also bring you a father's day message titled Awakening The Giants in Fathers by Pastor Martins. Our text is taken from Zechariah 13:7~ "Strike the shepherd and the sheep will scatter" - God has placed fathers over their families and they occupy a position of authority and anointing which is why fathers are under a severe attack. - 1 Peter 5:8... says that the devil is roaming around seeking whom to devour. - Ephesians 6:13 (MSG)- Be prepared. You’re up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it’s all over but the shouting you’ll still be on your feet. - God wants fathers to be able to stand their ground and resist the devil (James 4:7). He wants fathers to be prepared, vigilant and sober knowing that we live in a constant state of warfare. - Fathers have every authority and anointing in God to resist the devil. The Father's Blessings - Fathers, God wants you to bless your children and not curse them. The father's blessing makes the life of the child struggle free. It eradicates all other curses placed over the child and also protects the child. - Children honour your fathers likewise, so that the blessing can flow. How To Awaken the Giant Within? 1. Live by the Word of God - As Fathers, God has called you to live by His Word because His word is alive and active, sharper than any two edged sword ~ Heb.4:12. God's Word is life . - We live by God's word by believing, speaking and professing His Word ~ Mark 11:23 2. Stand your Ground - Fathers stand your ground and fight back the devil. - The enemy you cannot confront, you cannot conquer. - Don't let the devil keep tormenting you, stand your ground, face the devil head on ~ Acts 16:18. Dear FB family and friends, today we bring you the "second stop" from our STOP Series. We posted the first stop series a few days ago and today we are sharing with you the next "STOP" that you need to stop doing in order to start living a life of greatness. STOP 2: STOP RUNNING AWAY FROM LIFE'S CHALLENGES [Isaiah 43:2] - There are things that we must go through in order for us to be made in life.... - What we go through in life is meant to refine us and not break us ~ Psalm 66:10-12. - There is no shortcut to Glory. - It takes going through to become. To become all that God has promised you, you have to go through His processes. - We don't like God's processes sometimes but we know that will love the person we become as a result of going through the process. Points to get you there. 1. The challenges you cannot confront, you cannot conquer - whatever you run away from, you will continue to run away from for the rest of your life. ~ 1 Samuel 17:34-36, 48 2. Stand your ground and face your challenges head on ~ Ephesians 6:10-18 - You are not a weakling but a soldier in God's army. You are an overcomer, a conqueror. So, don't quit , don't get tired because you are coming out soon. - It is not your job to flee, it is the devil's job to flee from you ~ 1 Peter 5:8-9, James 4:7 - Acts 28:1-6 ~ If you will not give up on God, you will overcome. 3.
