Are you an upper-year undergraduate or graduate student interested in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math)? SHAD Carleton is looking for facilitators for SHAD 2021! SHAD is a STEAM and entrepreneurship program for students in grades 10 and 11. SHAD Canada attracts students with high aptitudes for risk taking, curiosity, excellence and resilience, and challenges them to take on social and economic issues. The month-long program, which will run virtually this... year Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM EST from July 5th to July 31st, presents a real-world design challenge, motivating students to address issues like food security, water management and waste. Training for SHAD facilitators will occur the week of June 28th to July 2nd. If this sounds like the opportunity for you, register/find out more at https://www.shad/ca/ or reach out to Rebecca Drodge, SHAD Carleton’s Program Experience Manager. NOTE: This year, SHAD Carleton will be offering the program virtually. See more
