Hello Sharks Families It would be great if we saw as many Shark swimmers and Shark families as possible to take part in this week's challenge. Post a picture on this thread showing your appreciation to the first responders and essential workers. After this week we will put them all together in a collage and post in on our site, send it the CV Record and too first responders groups. Try to do the picture in some team gear and show your team and community spirit.

Our winter cycle ended today and we are now on our two week Spring Break. We wish everyone a fun and healthy time off from school and the pool. If all goes well we will hopefully be back in the pool on Monday March 30th. Any changes we will let you know. Please be advised that the Regional District is implementing the province advisory of self-quarantining for two weeks if you leave the country for all it's facilities. When we return we will enter our main phase of Swim-a-thon! Please make sure you or your swimmer are sign up on the Swimathon Canada website for a chance to win some amazing prizes.

Third and Final day at Vancouver Island Championships in Victoria was a solid finish for the Sharks. Mixed Relays were fun! 10&Unders finished 3rd, 11&12 finished , and 13&14’s finished . Huge best times, which can be difficult for the last day of a three-day meet, but the Sharks proved that statistic with 75% best times. ...
