Taking this moment to look around and find beauty in everyday things.

There’s nothing like a tangible print. The smell of the inks, the textures of the papers. Maybe it’s my age. I grew up in the late 80’ & 90’s. I spent lunch hour in the art studio and darkroom, developing film, making prints, working on art projects. Getting my hands dirty with pencil, charcoal and paint was my jam. Becoming a graphic designer later in life when marketing efforts are so digitally focussed, I simply just appreciate something I can hold in my hands, put in m...y pocket or pass on to someone else. Even though we are living in the digital era I am seeing hints of a shift towards craftsmanship and a focus on artisanal products. I’m hoping this will continue and am passionate about working with local small businesses on their print media. #printisntdead
