Thank you to the Bahai’s of the Comox Valley for your donation of items for women and children to mark the celebration of Ayyam-i-Ha. During the festival of Ayyam-i-Ha, many Bahai's exchange small gifts, as well as support charity. Here is a quote shared by Monica from the Bahai's of Comox Valley (seen in the photo) from Bahaullah the founder of the Bahai faith, "It behooveth the people of Baha, throughout these days, to provide good cheer for themselves, their kindred and, beyond them, the poor and needy..."

Our very dear friends at Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community are hosting the 19th Annual Gingerbread Village and Teddy Bear Baskets auction, and this year it's online (for COVID-safety reasons). So many amazing gingerbread houses and displays and beautifully arranged gift baskets! This fundraiser has contributed much-needed funds to support CVTS and Dawn to Dawn: Action on Homelessness for many, many years. Take a moment to check out these incredible creations by local businesses and individuals! One of them could be yours.
