Hey, have you met @kelmcommunications ? Helmed by Lindsay Kelm, this team of marketing and media relations mavens specializes in wine tourism, culinary, and lifestyle brands. As the company's namesake, Lindsay, had a specific brand story for her company, which was being told through her imagery, writing, and brand aesthetic touches. There was just one part of the brand that wasn't quite measuring up the logo. LET’S CELEBRATE TEAM PLAN OKANAGAN! The inaugural Design Day for GOOD in Kelowna was a success thanks to the hard work of designers, communicators, marketers, and design thinkers like you! Team PLAN Okanagan designed retractable banners, table covers, presentation decks, stickers, buttons, pop-sockets, shirts, reusable cups, and totes as well as content for a letter of asking and presentation deck for PLAN Okanagan. Thank you to all who participated in the first Design Day for GOOD! It has been a dream of mine to bring this event concept to Kelowna and it would not have been successful without the talents and skills of volunteers, designers, communicators, marketers and design thinkers such as yourselves. I would also like to give a special shout out to Matt Stewart with Staples Studio without whom none of this would’ve happened. Staples provided us with the resources to communicate remo...tely, brainstorm on the fly, work safely, and celebrate our accomplishments in Spotlight and a few extra surprises that were well appreciated. Matt served as the host with the most, technician, sanitizer, waiter, photographer, and cheerleader for the day so we could focus on our task at handdesigning for GOOD. I would also like to thank the GDC for amplifying our reach for volunteers and providing support throughout. . . .
