Due to the potential rain & thundershowers, their will be no group ride tomorrow. Stay tuned for next weeks ride.

Hey everyone, we will be riding on the Halifax side again tomorrow, around Sambro loop (50k) new & advanced riders are welcome! Meet up at the Armdale rotary for 9am. We will have two groups. Group 1 will be doing an average of 28 to 30km/h and group 2 will be doing an average of 25km/h no drop ride. All riders must be self-sufficient (ie. bring your emergency repair kit, food, etc).... Hope to see some new and old faces tomorrow.

We had four riders come out on our group ride around Peggy's today. What a great day! Pitstop at the Irving in Tantallon.
