Happy Monday everyone! We are as eager as you are for the pool to reopen. We do not have a definite date yet, but the mechanical issues are being worked on, and we hope to have some news soon.

Hello all! We really can't wait to get back to the pool - hopefully in January! We've just sent out our holiday newsletter and we'll be in touch early in the new year with registration and scheduling information. Enjoy your holidays and get ready to work hard when we get back to the pool!

How many flips in a row can you do? Did you know that acrobatic athletes can build up an immunity to dizziness? When a diving athlete flips through the air they... look for specific visual ques (usually the water). This helps them understand where their body is in space.
