After you shower:, 1 wring out the water but leave wet(don't towel it!) ... 2Apply our AIR DRY cream generously to your hair and brush through to evenly apply( get ready for this airy no heat amazement!) 3 twist your hair in tight twists, you can leave down or pin up, some like to do small braids which is awesome too. 4 let dry overnight untwirl in the morning, then run your fingers through and Bam!!

Cool idea! Will have to try this next year! I feel I need to pass on this Halloween pumpkin hack: once you have cut the top off get a hand mixer (with one or 2 whisks on it as both work) and use this to detach all the insides of the pumpkin...take the whisks right to the edge of the pumpkin so it scrapes the bits off then just scoop out the insides that are now all mush (it has just taken me 5 minutes to do the inside of a pumpkin

& ? Hair loss & thinning is a big deal. This single issue had become the biggest issue most people have. Studies show that over 50% of men and maybe as many women over 40 are suffering with Androgenic Alopecia. By age 35 as many as 2/3 of men will have some level of thinning & loss. Let’s talk hair care!! There are some small tweaks you can do that can make a BIG difference in the health of your hairboth short term and long term! 1 Grab yourself a @thewetbrush and brush your hair BEFORE you wash it so there are less tangles afterward. ... 2 Shampoo your SCALP, not the rest of your hair as it roughs up the hair cuticle and just isn’t necessary. Condition from the ears down to prevent too much oil on the scalp and run through it with a wide tooth comb in the shower after applying to help distribute it. 3 Cold rinse to seal the cuticle down and for extra shine. Use your Wet Brush after your shower to remove any tangles without damaging your hair. 4 Apply a heat protectant before blow drying, or if you plan to use any hot tools once your hair dries. You cook pizza at 450 degrees, not your hair! 5 Sleep on a silk pillowcase to reduce friction while you sleep and to keep moisture locked in (cotton pillowcases wreak so much havoc on your hair and absorb the oils our hair needs). Also great for skin as well. 6 Do an oil treatment once a week as well as a protein masque to keep hair shiny AND strong.
