UPDATE: We will be re-opening for May 4th. Listed below are our new procedures going forward during the Covid pandemic. Clients:... - If you are presenting with any signs of cough, fever, sore throat, illness or have been in contact with a Covid patient, stay home and reschedule. - Enter the clinic at scheduled appointment time - If you have a mask, wear it to your appointment. Masks will be provided for those who do not have a mask, but we want to be mindful of supply right now, as PPE is in high demand - When you arrive at the clinic, hand sanitizer will be in the front, sanitize hands upon entering and exiting. - Spacing in the foyer has been set up. If at all possible, come alone to appointment. Staff: - Will be wearing masks - Diligent cleaning procedures will be undertaken as per our regulations - If any staff is presenting with cough, fever, sore throat, illness, we will immediately self isolate. Currently our website and online booking is down (we are working on getting it back up ASAP!). If you would like to book an appointment, we will be open Monday morning at 7am to take your phone calls. As you all may know, the Alberta Government has announced that physiotherapy services can resume on May 4th, as long as we follow the guidelines set out by the Alberta Physiotherapy College. Currently we are waiting for those guidelines, in which should be presented very soon. Once we know our guidelines and are effectively able to implement them, we will update our social media pages as to when the clinic will re-open, and what that will look like. As the current Covid-19 situation evolves, and strict practicing guidelines are implemented, Cypress Sports has now suspended all current physiotherapy sessions. We want to assure you that the health and safety of our clients and team members is our top priority.
