First Monday of 2021. Make it count!

On November 11 - we remember. I'm thankful for my family that served in the Canadian military. My father (Marc) retired from the military in the 90's as a Captain. My grandfather (Walter) started his career as a reservist and retired from the forces as a brigadier general. My uncle (Mike) has been posted all over the world, from Bosnia to Afghanistan and he too retired as a brigadier general. Last but certainly not least is my brother Pier-Luc who is serving and continuing h...is career with the CAF. Even though you are working from home today please take the 2 minutes around 11am to take a moment of silence. I'm privileged not to lose family as a result of their service to our country, but there are a lot of other families that were not so lucky. For those who served, and continue to serve, we love you and we thank you. Lest we forget.

Monday Motivation: Adjust the plan and be mindful that it may take a few tries. Don't quit; keep shooting.

Monday Motivation: regardless of the winter-esk weather we are having in Ottawa; Mondays are a fresh start. Take the opportunity to change the things you wanted to from last week and make the most of the present. Attitude is everything.
