Good Morning! I chose to start off my day today at 5 AM. The first thing I did was work out for 20 minutes. After reading the 5 AM club which is a great book that I would recommend everyone to read, I wanted to apply a new routine to my life. It’s important for everyone to exercise daily as it helps you think more clearly. When you wake up in the Morning today, I challenge you to start planning your days and incorporate a workout every day. I hope this small workout that I have attached helps start you off on the right foot. If you do end up doing this work out, let me know in the comments so I can keep putting new workouts every day.

Daily reminder to keep smiling. Even though this pandemic is making us go crazy because we have to social distance ourselves, this is a great time for us to get a new hobby or make time for family and friends. - I can’t lie, this pandemic really screwed up some aspects of my life which were going great but how you choose to deal with adversity really defines your character. The lessons you learn when times get tough stay with you through the entirety of your life. - Person...ally, this pandemic gave me a chance to relax and reflect. Just don’t forget that this life is not a race it’s a marathon. Keep smiling and keep sanitizing - #motivational #motivation #motivationalquotes #inspiration #quotes #inspirational #success #love #inspirationalquotes #entrepreneur #quoteoftheday #life #inspire #successquotes #goals #quote #lifequotes #mindset #fitness #instagood #positivevibes #motivationalspeaker #business #lifestyle #motivationmonday #follow #motivate #positivity #instagram #bhfyp

I’ll be reposting nutrition facts from credible accounts so that people who follow me are encouraged to correct their diet! Often, people struggle with how they look and feel because their physiology doesn’t work the way it should.... This can be due to hormonal imbalances, but more often than not, it's due to dietary deficiencies: not getting the right nutrients, in the right amounts. In fact, energy levels, appetite, strength, endurance, and mood... these all rely on getting enough of these essential nutrients. And when you don’t get them, things break down. That’s why you can eat clean, go Paleo, avoid meat, lower your carbs, or count calories you can do everything right nutritionally and still feel lousy. Identifying your red flags from the very beginning, therefore, is step number one to fixing a broken diet. Here are a handful of common deficiencies and ways to begin correcting them. Do any of them sound familiar? If so, think about how you might pick one and start with just *one* small change to improve it. Posted @withrepost @precisionnutrition
