Perfect Balance Rehabilitation will be closing its doors on December 23, 2019. After 20 years in Medicine Hat, it’s time to move on to a new chapter in my life. I will be joining Mr. Simon Bennett at his gym Archetype in Edmonton. I will miss all those I have met and hope for the very best for all of you. A bit lengthy but very import points. Move it or lose it but start slow and gradually increase. Stretching helps a ton to keep tightening muscles from getting too tight. Learn how to stretch the right way and make the process that much more enjoyable!!

This has been on the internet for a while but I feel it needs to be shared again. If you decide to make any change, it will be very uncomfortable for a while. There are lots of options to bring the pain down but the main thing is to not give up. Take responsibility for yourself and learn how to be in charge of your own well being. I can guide you but the results will be up to you. Just decide to get better .
