A good way to update the look, increase energy efficiency and add light to your house can be as simple as changing out doors or windows. Integrated blinds - (set inside the glass) are the way to go! Especially if you have pets or children.

**Cold Weather Reminder** With the extreme cold weather we’ve been having please remember to check your furnace and hot water tanks exhaust and intake for ice build up. With high efficiency furnaces and hot water tanks, the exhaust gas has very little residual heat and can cause the moisture in the exhaust gas to freeze as it exits your house. This can cause ice stalagmite or ice crystals to form and block the exhaust or intake. ... A blockage of either intake or exhaust will cause the furnace to shut down. Luckily this can be easily fixed by clearing the blockage and restarting the furnace. Stay warm everyone!
