Today I was driving on the road here in Canada, appreciating the bright blue sky amidst the snow covering the ground, when all of a sudden I saw a BLAZING GOLDE...N LIGHT Shooting Star / Comet / Celestial Blast of Energy fall from the sky downwards towards the road ahead of meand I had head to toe goosebumps and chills! ....Just a few seconds before this phenomena, I was thinking about the current state of the world and the massive oppression being pushed down on Humanity in 2020. For me, witnessing this blazing celestial Golden Energy Flash amidst the clear blue sky today in broad daylight was a sign and reminder, that even if there is a lot of darkness and negativity right now running rampant on planet Earth, there is equal forces of Light / Goodness / and Being's of Light working behind the scenes for the Freedom, Evolution, and Liberation of Humanity in the background. ...Forces of light that we may not hear about publicly or even see, yet are nevertheless wholly committed to serving Humanity and freeing it from tyrannical forces of enslavement, oppression, control and dark agenda's. Since I was driving I couldn't take a photo, but if I could have captured it on camera, it would have been a blazing, flash of Golden Light illuminating the blue sky in a very obvious and visible way, sending waves and sparkles of golden light down into the earthpowerful frequencies of the New Earth and Golden Age that are coming...yes...it's coming....now I have the goosebumps again as I write these last words! Hope you can feel the essence and energy in this message. PSWhen I got home later and called my Dad, he was amazed that I saw it with my own eyes, as he had heard about this Bright Golden Light witnessed in the sky today, since they were talking about this phenomena on the local radio. It turns out that many people in Ontario and New York State saw these bright flashes of light in daylight in the sky! The news reported that it was accompanied by a large sonic boom and frequency that was heard by many people throughout this region. I didn’t hear the sound while I was in the car, yet I felt the energy blast very strongly in my own body, which was a high voltage and frequency of light running through me Additionally, the Earth Cam on top of the CN Tower in Toronto caught it on camera, a huge flash of light illuminating the entire vicinity. I hope they share this on the news, instead of the dreadful death + fear programming being propagated through the media everydaypeople need to hear about the massive amount of light descending into the earth’s atmosphere and collective field at this timemore chills now as I write these words... Forest Healing . . A few days ago I received a perception to bring something back from the forest to put into my bath. My salt baths are an important recharge and detox for my work and I always highly recommend them to anyone who is sensitive to energy. .... . Today on my nature walk (we live on 8 acres of forest) I saw some fresh but fallen cedar branches and brought them home. As I put them in my bath the energy just shot up. It was as if I had brought the forest into my bath! The entire tapestry of its radiations. The bath got supercharged! . . The message that came through was that the forests will always heal us. . . So go to the forest for healing. Not once you get sick, but now, and regularly. The energies of the forest swing in a natural balance and act as a filter to our own emanations. It clears, cleanses, recharges, balances...etc. But try to do more then just walk through it. You will receive more if you consciously engage with the forest. Be natural and see what you are drawn to. Maybe you’ll want to sit on a rock or go and lean against a tree. Use your breath to center yourself then start to imagine breathing into the tree or rock or whatever you have chosen to work with. CALM... Energy always seeks balance. So when massive amounts of human beings are generating fear and panic the opposite, love and calm, become available to us to the same degree. We just need to try to reach out for it and tune into it. Invite it into ourselves. Connect with it consciously. We will come to understand that these things: fear, panic, love and calm, are all choices, and it is in Our Power to make them. Fear is very hard to resist when facing such scary circumst...ances as we are facing at the moment but at the end of the day, when we do our inner work and training in ‘peace time’, we come to a place where we can choose differently from the majority and that actually benefits everyone. The more people choose calm the easier it becomes for others to choose it. We are all connected and we affect each other with our choices, thoughts, emotions, etc. which at the core are all frequencies of vibration. If I hold a space of calm within myself, it creates an emanation that can ‘infect’ others with the same vibration. So just as we can infect each other with a virus or with fear energy we can also infect one another with love and calm. If you are struggling with fear at this time, question it, understand what exactly you are afraid of, and when this situation ends, resolve to do the inner work on reducing fear energy in your overall system. Love and Support from Nature Beings . . Many years ago, when I first realized the existence of nature beings or nature spirits I started to send them love and gratitude. Then, over time, I began to be able to communicate with them. Anyone can do this, it just takes investing time and energy like any other relationship. .... . Nature is always helping. I mean literally all the time. It is always radiating helpful vibrations for us to make use of. The key is to create the opening for the absorption to happen by bringing our focus and attention to it. That’s the bridge. Yes if you walk through the woods you will feel calmer and more centred. But if you sit by a tree, quiet your mind and bring your focus into the energies of the tree, you will have a much deeper experience. You may receive heali...ng, be given wisdom, you may get a chance to connect with the elementals that live in the tree and take care of it. Not long ago, I was driving at dawn and noticed how the colours, the radiations from the sun at that specific time of the morning had a refreshing, invigorating, motivating vibration. I felt the benefit of waking up with the sun, feeling the forward moving, unravelling and opening energies of the coming day! It’s like I got a dose of the most wonderful cocktail of energies to help me make the best of my day with the best sunny attitude. It’s not automatic though. I can’t be in my bed and mentally connect with the rising sun. I had to absorb the rays with my eyes, with my skin, I had to witness and be present with the emanations of the breaking dawn to derive the benefit from it. It’s magical and it happens every day.

The energies of ascension are external, yes, but are activated by the internal state of awareness and balance. We are seeing major instability on our planet rig...ht now in the economic, social, political, environmental, geological and energetic realms on a scale that is unprecedented. Never before in human history have we been in such a unique space, primed for explosive growth and activation. The reasons we are seeing so many wild swings on so many different levels is simply the human awakening we are all undergoing, including everyone who seems to be the exact opposite of "awake". Systematic generational traumas, never ending wars, brainwashing our children, chemical poisoning and borders containing free flow and connection in isolated pockets have created the systems we see on the physical. As humanity begins to focus on the etheric realms, cleansing the reasons why these systems exist, the foundations of those systems begin to destabilize inside of the collective creative grid that powers our reality. We have moved into a space of unlimited potential and growth, we are collectively waiting for the catalyst to ignite. So much of what was "permanent" has shown us it was in fact, insubstantial. Intangible. This is a deeply personal process, yet adds so much momentum to the collective awakening. As we see the physical systems becoming more unstable and wildly swinging from polarity to polarity, recognize the deep, fundamental truth of all of this. By healing yourself, by healing your genetic line, you are the one who is causing this. As we enter the cycles of destruction, creating room for rebirth, take responsibility for what you are doing. When you have a program running inside of you, like: I’m not good enough, you will attract people and life circumstances that will mirror that back to you. But that doesn’t mean that it’s true. It just means that you have a mirror in front of you (via life) showing you exactly what program is running inside of you. All you have to do is chose not to feed it with your energy. As soon as you identity the program (not good enough, I’m a failure, I don’t deserve etc. ) you... can keep saying NO to it (as in, this is not true) and thus withdraw your energy from it. Healing the Feminine DNA The feminine is undoing itself. It is clearing out centuries, if not millennia of non-choice. Just think about it, up until recently, women relied on men to support them in all ways, they could not do or wear what they wished, could not live on their own, travel, be entrepreneurs, scholars and much, much more... Before we even begin to figure out what it truly means to be a woman on many and all levels, we must do a lot of un-doing by making the cho...ices, guilt free, that could not be made before: to divorce, to not have children, to create wealth, not marry...Today, many of us, more then ever in recorded history, are free to choose as we wish and through our choices heal all the non-choices of the past. Evolution or devolution is a continual happening. And if for millennia, you don’t get to make a choice, this restriction begins to solidify and translate into the DNA. So that future generations inherit this restriction and forget that they are even entitled to a choice. I’m grateful that we broke out of this! When I look out into the world, I smile when I see all the millions of directions women are exploring. And through these explorations we are figuring out, we are trying and testing, learning and sensing what feels right. What the next step is, to each, her own. And with each undoing of the old, we activate a new aspect of the feminine DNA inside of ourselves. Be With Yourself. We often read about meditation practises, breathing exercises, visualization...and these are all great. For myself, I’ve found that just taking time to sit with my thoughts and feelings, giving them space to be acknowledged, seen and heard brings an immense release, like ‘clearing the air’ and also great understanding, love and empathy for oneself. A lot of us now, just this period, are shedding skin. And as this skin is being removed, for some fast for some more slowly, we may feel pulled back into old energies. I just brought this beauty home. Look at the etchings along the surface of this crystal. It is a kind of crystal code, or crystal Braille. You can run your fingers along the etchings and notice how the feelings it evokes inside of you change. What Relationship Template did you inherit? We can’t avoid what we absorb in childhood. That which is modelled by our parents (or primary care giver) is what becomes our love template. It’s a kind of blueprint for love and relationships. Unfortunately, as there is in general not much consciousness around most things in life by most of humanity, many of us received a highly un-evolved love template called ‘conditional love’. The way this works is that if we are modelled a r...elationship that has reached a certain grade level, let’s say grade 1. (this is an arbitrary number to illustrate a point) we can’t just enter a romantic relationship that is playing itself out at a grade 6. level. We have to start with what we know, which is what we have been taught/modelled growing up on how to love. Hopefully as we go through various relationships we evolve our love template by figuring out what works and what doesn’t and how to do things better. More often then not, we end up attracting the same type of person again and again indicating that the learning is not really happening. Many of us grew up with conditional love: if you were a good girl or boy you got love and praise. So we learn that we have to work to be loved, that we have to change ourselves or hide ourselves to be loved, that we have to please others and push our own needs in the background to be worthy of love, that we have to sacrifice to be loved, etc. To change these patterns is up to us. It’s not about what our partner is doing or what he or she is like. The transformation has to happen within. When it does, we begin to attract a new type of person capable of a ‘next level’ relationship. Sometimes people find it confusing that how they are in all aspect of their life is so different from how they are in a relationship. A highly independent woman that has advocated for herself and made it to the top of her career may revert to a pleaser and a submissive partner in a relationship, putting herself and her needs last if that’s what she has watched her mother do. The love template is what it is, it can not be magically erased or overwritten. The inner work to evolve it must be done. Our parents did what they knew how to do. This is not about blame but about creating awareness about doing better. We inherited their love template and now we are to evolve it. What is really beautiful though is that as we evolve the love template we inherited from our parents we contribute to evolving the overall love/relationship template for the collective, the whole of humanity. CRACK YOUR CODE We each have a unique code, one form of it is our DNA. Our code is made up of our feelings, the thoughts that drive these feelings, our perceptions and our conceptions, beliefsEverything is coded in its unique energy signature and it all comes together to form the overarching code that is YOU. To crack our code means to understand the mathematics behind it. To understand and unravel the patterns behind it all. To crack the code is to be able to recognize and predict our own behaviour and then modify that to what we would rather it be. What are you learning? What are you practicing? What decisions are you making? What are you procrastinating? What would yourself in five years ask you to be doing now? You CAN ‘Change the World’ When I was sixteen, I decided that I was going to ‘change the world’. No it wasn’t because I thought highly of myself or felt utterly capable. I was actually suicidal at the time. So I was sixteen and I looked around and thought: how is the world going to change if everybody believes that they can not do it? So I decided that I was going to have to believe the opposite. I didn’t know how one could achieve something like that... But I felt strong...ly, that I had to believe differently from most. That believing was a start. I think that many of you had this thought at one time in your life. So I’m writing this to say, you thought that you can ‘change the world’ for a reason. Don’t give up on this reason. Changing the world is not about doing something big, it’s about responding in the moment with all that you got inside of you. The moment brings you everything you need. Once you decide to believe that you CAN ‘change the world’ in the way that YOU are meant to, the moments of your life will present you with what you are to give of yourself towards this aim.

It's a good practice to clear the energies in the home. As human beings we are constantly emitting energetic 'stuff'...The accumulation of low vibrational energy in the home does effect our mood, the nature of our thoughts and how we interact with others in the home. Burning sage is a great way to do a clearing but remember that most of the work will be done by your directed intent, so focus your mind on clearing all low vibrational energies while you smudge with sage.
