And we hope that the ground work has now been laid to make this an annual fundraising event for dal rowing. Hi friends! Here is a formal copy of our winter training schedule. Please note that we have certain sessions that are on your own time so it would be great if you could try and get in a session at some time during your day. Also, we now have a second time booked in the high-performance weight room on Tuesday evenings. These sessions are not required but feel free to take advantage of the weight room during this time because it is booked specifically for the rowing team! Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow morning for fab ab Fridays round 2!!
