Ah.......Whether sung in an uplifting love song such as Sha la la la la la baby, Al Greens song Make me Happy Baby, or chanted in Ra Ma Da Sa, a Sanskrit healing chant, which even without knowing the translation is effective, or just sounding Ahhhhh is very powerful in connecting to heart. During these times of great polarity and extreme change we are experiencing and the 'Im right, you are an idiot' with many in fear or some directing this fear/anger at others, it is easy to get knocked off center and out of heart. This is a time when a dedicated practice, and awareness of ways to connect into heart is truly so important. Sound is one of the most powerful transformers of energy!

Yes. We are here in Earth school. We go through great initiations, we live our great pain and suffering to learn what we must. To learn compassion. To remember love. When everything is taken away, and we are shakened, when we awaken to our core/soul, only then can we know the truth of our souls and accept it and God and Goddess willing to live it on this absolutely amazing life as beings who have found wholeness. and know that heaven is a place on Earth.
