Hey everyone!! I hope you all had a great Christmas!! I saw this video and she just makes me want to dance! Just wanted to let you allow that my exam is coming up quick! I will be writing my Fitness Instructor Specialist exam with CanFit Pro in just over a week. As soon as that is over, I’ll let you all know the schedule for classes!! Until then, I’m focusing on studying because I’ve been wanting to do this for so long and I want to give it my all But as soon as it’s ...done?! We are back to dancing!! We have to wait for the announcement to know if in person classes are allowed, but either way we will have some sort of class! I figured I would post this here too because Kelly is one of our fellow Vixens She re-opened Flavours yesterday as the brand new owner!! We stopped by to grab some ice cream and she’s doing $2.00 scoops for a re-opening special! If you’re out doing some last minute shopping over the next few days, (or anytime lol) you should totally stop in for some ice cream!! She has some hot drinks too if you’re not in the mood for ice cream! They were just setting up the debit machine while we were there, so maybe take cash just in case the machine isn’t fully running yet! It’s downtown in the same parking lot as McDonald’s! Right next to Spices

I wasn’t planning on posting about class passes because of everything being closed, but I just had a message from someone asking if they could purchase one after seeing one in another giveaway that I’m participating in. If anyone is interested in purchasing a pass, please message me! I do have a bunch of 10 class passes here that I will sell for $70! (classes are normally $10 each to drop-in) My passes NEVER expire! And I will throw a couple virtual classes in with any passes that are sold during the holidays (These classes will resume pretty soon after Christmas!)

I ordered 35 expecting them to be shorter than advertised...but they’re actually as long as they say! Lol. Shipping back will cost me so I figured I would ask! Hey everyone! I hope you’re all staying safe and healthy!! I just posted this on my personal page and figured I that I would share it here too!! I have my clearance to get back to classes as of a few days ago and I really cannot wait to dance with you all again!! Virtually of course until we are allowed to see each other I person...but man I can’t wait until we all feel the energy in the studio after a year of being away!!! ******************* I’m dying to get back ...into a dance studio I do plan on doing some virtual classes over the holidays but now, especially with the tree being up, it makes it difficult because it’s right in front of my huge mirror that I use for class so I’d have to rearrange quite a bit for every class Are there any studios offering virtual classes? Does anyone know if any are possibly renting their space out by the hour?? At this point I would even offer free classes for their members (and my girls too of course) in exchange for use of the space. I am having serious withdrawals lol!! I just want to dance in a studio again! I’m even considering shooting a few videos outside on the next warmest day so I can have a huge open space to dance lol! I don’t even care that the next warmest day for the foreseeable further is -11!

Hey everyone! I’m sorry for the short notice, but tonight’s class will be the last one for a little while . I have to go for surgery on Thursay afternoon and will have to take 6-8 weeks off to heal. I just shared this post to a couple groups that I’m in but I figured I’d share it here too! Also, I just got clearance a few days ago to get back to life and working out again! I will let you guys know when virtual classes are good to go! I just added an album to my page with a ton of handmade accessories and ornaments that are ready to go! Great for stocking stuffers and secret Santa gifts! I do also have cute little gift bags and will be posting some matching sets l...ater! I have an order basket at my front door for contactless pickup I’ve never been so ready for a market and of course it’s the year that they’re cancelled! Lol! Hi ladies! I feel like I should post this for anyone that has been wanting to come to class, but hasn’t yet. I get SO many messages from ladies that are super excited about coming to class but then they never end up actually coming. I’m not really sure, but I think maybe sometimes people get shy or nervous at the last minute...which I totally understand, but I also know how differently you’ll feel about that as soon as you try it! I just want to tell you that there’s no...thing to be shy about! I promise! All the cameras are off during class and you can even start late and leave early if you want! If I see the little waiting room button flashing while I’m in the middle of a song, I will hit the button to let you win before the next song starts. You won’t even interrupt class at all and you will start with your camera off. If you’re one of the ladies that have messaged me over the last few weeks or even last few months and haven’t tried it out yet, I hope you check it out! And if you’ve been wanting to try it and you haven’t messaged me about classes, I hope you check it out too! It’s honestly so much fun and such a great workout Classes are free all month!

Vixen Workout class is tonight at 7pm! It’s usually Tues/Thurs but we were in Edmonton, so I decided to have a Saturday night Happy Hour class instead! Drinks are welcome! Just make sure you drink lots of water during class! Classes are free all month! All via Zoom! Beginners are always welcome and your camera can be turned off during class!
