RE-OPENING TUES. FEB. 16TH! I'm happy to announce that we will be returning to Dancemakers on Tues. Feb. 16th! Our area is returning to the Yellow zone, which means all the same protocols are in place as when we left at Christmas time. I have emailed all of this info for your review, and have included a reminder of what to bring to each training day.... Your training and classes will remain on the same day & time. There are 3 weeks left of classes in the current session. The staff and I are excited to see all of you soon! We have been busy preparing the facility, and can't wait to get back to dance and gymnastics. Due to the Ontario lockdown, we are temporarily closed until Jan. 25th. Session One will continue on Jan. 25th to Feb. 13th. Session Two will commence on Feb. 16th. Registration will be held on Thurs. Jan. 28th from 5-7 pm, or online at www.dancemakers.ca. We would like to thank everyone for their patience, and hope you stay safe and healthy. With great sadness I pass the news of Pam’s passing with the DMCrew. Pam was the CCJ at our Pot of Gold meet, and she attended our dance showcase three years ago. She supported and encouraged me as a judge, our gym club and athletes, and especially Bayleigh Hooper with her gymnastics career. She was a tough cookie on the outside but a heart of gold on the inside. I will miss trying to keep up with her insanely fast scoring of routines, and her quick wit, but most of all her intense love of our sport. The gymnastics community has lost an icon.

A beautiful evening for our Covid Solo Showcase! Thank you to Debbie Taylor and Gary Gillespie for providing the stage and sound system, Scott Bishop for transporting and setting up the stage, and Jordan Daniels for creating the video for Sierra and Carley!

Solo Showcase this Friday at 7 pm, weather permitting! DM is setting up a stage outside beside the studio for an end of year celebration - COVID style. Please bring your own lawn chair and social distance please.

Our Recreational Gymnastics Program begins this week! We are finishing out our spring session, with smaller classes, strict cleaning and hand sanitizing, and larger coach to gymnast ratios! Some classes have a few extra spots available, so if you're looking for a great activity for your kids this summer send us a message!
