Dear parents, we want you to feel comfortable bringing your child to our studio. That’s why we are making sure to implement new protocols and procedures to keep your child safe. Before class, we come out to your vehicle wearing a mask, ask your child a few questions, take their temperature, then take your child into the studio and sanitize hands upon entering. ... While we are in the studio, we ensure that dancers are physically distanced and at the end of class, we bring your child back out to you. Our studio is cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis and high touch areas are wiped down throughout the day. If there is anything else we can do to ensure you feel safe bringing your child to our studio, please let us know.

Good morning everyone and Happy Friday! We have a small little update for everyone to be aware of as we inch closer and closer to September. We have decided to delay our start date until Monday, October 5th for all recreational and competitive classes. With a very different return to school this year for our dancers and parents, we want to ensure everyone has the time and energy to adjust to their new routines with school before jumping into dance classes. Payments will then begin on October 1st rather than September 1st. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. We cannot wait to have our studio filled with lots of music, dance, and laughter and make Season 6 our best one yet!

SEASON 6 We are so excited to be preparing for Season 6 of DancEnergy Studios and even more excited to be seeing your dancers soon. Our summer camps have been going great and it has been so nice to be back in the studio with music, laughter and lots of fun! Registration for Season 6... Our plan for season 6 that will run from September 2020 - June 2021, is to keep it simple and prepare to adapt to change. When you register for season 6, you will not be committing to costumes, and no, you don’t even need to make a commitment to your classes. If a second wave of COVID-19 hits and we have to shut down again, we will suspend your monthly fees immediately. We will not be implementing online classes as we have received mixed reviews from last season so we are going to implement an all or nothing approach which is to shut down classes completely if we are forced to close and then resume again when we are able to. For this reason, we will not be offering a pay in full option, just monthly subscriptions for your classes. On the other side of the spectrum, if everything clears up and we are able to perform in our showcases, only at that point we will ask each of you individually if you would like to participate. Then, from there, we re-use costumes where possible or order new costumes if you need them, and use your entry fee credits to pay for your routines at competitions. You will not be forced to have your child perform in our showcase if you are not comfortable doing so. Attached are pictures of our tentative schedule for Season 6! LIVE ONLINE DANCE CLASSES We are currently experimenting with live classes and prerecorded classes, and so far we are hearing that you are LOVING the live classes! OUR PLAN MOVING FORWARD:... Starting with our summer session which begins June 29, ALL of our classes will be live with your teacher and will follow a class schedule. AND that’s not all... all live classes will be recorded and posted to our online dance experience just in case you can’t make it for the scheduled time or you just simply want to go back and re-watch the class! As soon as it is safe to return to the studio, your class will transition to an in-person class following the same schedule. This will provide some much needed social interaction with your teacher and dance friends and it allows you to continue your dance training through the pandemic. Summer registration is OPEN!
