We seek board members and dance professionals with backgrounds in: - Accounting/Finance - Human Resources and Change Management... - Non-profit Administration and Governance - Law - K-12 Education - Post-Secondary Education - Performance and Stage Production Our ideal candidate is: - Inclusive and Innovative - Dedicated to DanceNL’s mission and mandate to support, promote and preserve the development of dance activity for all. - Familiar with the operations and governance of non-profits Successful candidates will be expected to: - Attend at least four board meetings a year for 1.5 - 2 hours each - Attend one Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the fall of each year - Participate in at least one DanceNL subcommittee - Participate in ongoing communication via e-mail Applicants 18 years or older are welcome to apply by sending a resume to [email protected] no later than Monday, Feb.1, 2021.

We are looking for a tap dancer! Advanced tap instruction (American Syllabus) required for senior students' intensive workshop in Gander for full day Saturday and half day Sunday the weekend of Nov 7-8. DanceNL will compensate according to its programming including professional fees, mileage, and per diem. Accommodation arranged by DanceNL.
