I would like to nominate in honour of Black History month. Marcia is a committed dance teacher with a passion for her students. She continues to go above and beyond and she strives to give them the best learning experience. Her passion for teaching and love of dance have create a dynamic relationship with her and her students. She teaches children form the age of 3 to adults and give each group percent commitment. She is my business partner and friend. Marcia Allen is a person I admire and am thankful for. ~ Kelly
