To say we are proud of our dancers is an understatement. Their resilience and determination is like no other. In times like these is so easy to quit, so easy to take time off...but they are not...they are fulfilling their passion. A huge round of applause to our dancers AND their dance parents for pushing through. We see the rainbow at the end of this journey and it is so beautiful.

Did You Know??? We are accepting new competitive students to our already amazing teams. We know we are going to have to rework choreography and work through their numbers when we get back into the studio. It's Watching Week!!!!!! Parents check your emails to see what watching week will look like for your child. It's definitely different this year with our hybrid classes in full swing and no parents allowed in the waiting room but we are adapting. It is also Customer Appreciation week at the studio so stay tuned......

We are going to NASHVILLE!!! Thats right this summer we are escaping and dancing on the Grande Old Opry Stage with @dancethemagic We have to choreograph and prepare 2-3 dances for the showcase and need to be a country theme Yee-Haw!!! When a Country superstar is from your town you have to use one of his songs of course. What @thegordbamford song should we use??? We wanna hear your suggestions. (Don't worry I'm sure Miss Heather will use a Dixie Chicks song as well )

We are so fortunate to be allowed to be open right now and we are doing everything we can to keep providing the safest environment for our students and families. If any dancer has a sniffle or any Covid symptom they are required to stay home. We also have families from Red Deer and other communities choosing to stay home. We know how important dance is in children's lives and our hearts are filled when we see their faces either in person or on the computer screen.

Club is our new recreational program that has been developed to bring the joy of dance to those who want smaller commitment and just want to dance for fun!! Club is for dancers ages 7-18yrs who can choose from the following disciplines; Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemp, Acro and Musical Theatre Starting price for club is $42/mth with a one time $30 production fee in Nov. Each class of Club dancers will work on creating a section of a motion film that will premiere at our local movie theatre December 18-20th This week your child can try Club for FREE!!!! It's Time!!! The arts have suffered long enough, it is time to treat them the same as other businesses before they are gone for good. If movie theatres are safe and can be open, then performing arts theatres should as well. 6 months with little to no income and some with no eligible government funding. Who is Ready to go to some competitions!!! That's right we are heading to 2 (maybe 3) competitions this fall. Letting our dancers compete with their solos, duets or small groups from last years season. Finally getting to perform what you worked so hard on and getting closure for those pieces to start fresh for this season. Competitions will look a little different with only 90 people in the audience and our studio having all our numbers grouped toget...her but we don't mind!!!
