This bread is a quick staple on the farm. It’s a cheddar, beer soda bread from @dishnthekitchen. Now that the days are getting cooler, we serve it up with chilli or frittata. I use our Two Step beer washed rind cheese inside and outside the bread. It adds great flavour and I love the look of melted cheese on top. ...
