Well that’s a wrap! We have finished up at Encore Bayview in Vicwest. 1 year 6 months of work, our longest job yet. We completed the rough and finish carpentry contracts on this project along with an assortment of extras. Great experience, good work lads!

Brought in MR crane services for this Timber bench install last week. 160’ boom maxed out on the 60 ton mobile crane. 1000 lbs of wood is a firm no lift by hand. Great to finally have these benches installed at Bayview Encore.

Started at 1201 Fort street today. Bellewood Park is a multi building residential complex just outside the downtown core. Interior Finishing, common area millwork and steel slabs and commercial hardware. Top floors have 11 ceilings and 8 solid core doors! ... Spoiled with the tower crane flying in our tools

We started the Finish Carpentry contract on the 1st of 3 mixed use residential buildings at the Belmont Market site this week. 240 residential units total. Go team!

We recently were awarded the contract to complete Finishing at 15 high-end houses on Bear Mountain. Should be fun! Going to be hard not to quit early and go for a round of golf:)

This crown is looking good with A sprayed semigloss finish. We laser in our doors so that even when there is an outswing and an Inswing beside each other the headers all line up for a streamline look with no steps or breaks in the trim.

Starting the Finish Carpentry Contract early 2017 for Siem Lelum General Contractor: Kinetic Construction Siem Lelum (Respected House) will provide 40-45 units of safe and affordable residential housing for Aboriginal single young adults (19-25) who are working and/or in school, young families and grandparents raising grandchildren, who are, or are at risk of becoming homeless, who will benefit from living in a supportive environment where they can learn parenting skills and other life skills necessary for self sufficiency.
