Every breath you take is a cultivation of life energy and has an influence on all the cycles of your life and beyond. We are not a "thing" to which events are happening but rather an ongoing flow of happen...ings that are "thinging" at anytime. We are embodied fields. There are invisible moving forces that shape physical reality. With practice you can manipulate and harmonize with these flows. The potential for self discovery is astronomical. We'll be practicing: Elemental and emotional alchemy, energetic anatomy awareness, cultivation of life energy and consciousness, fascia opening, fundamental breathing, connecting reverentially with nature, nurturing enthusiasm, unselfish love and wisdom.
