Originating from Southern Vietnam, its incredibly deep and complex broth is infused with fermented soybean and lemongrass. It’s stinky, salty, heady, and pungent, but it’s so Dang Good!!!! and it’s waiting for you to discover. Gluten-free friendly is also available
