HEALTHY CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE Ingredients 1 banana 1 egg... 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter 2 tbsp Greek yogurt 3 tbsp almond flour 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp cacao powder 1 dark chocolate piece 1 stevia or sweetener packet Preparation 1Grab a bowl and mash 1 banana 2In the bowl, add 1 egg and 1 tbsp of almond or peanut butter. 3Then add the 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt and stir until you reach a thick texture. 4Now, add 3 tbsp of almond or coconut flour and 1 tbsp of cacao powder and mix. 5Pour the mixture into a baking bowl 6Add 1 piece of dark chocolate in the center of the bowl. 7Bake at 350 F for 10-15 min in the oven. 8 Feel free to add any toppings of your choice to this healthy lava cake! 9DONE Enjoy this sweet treat with your loved one and make sure to share this delicious recipe Thank you friends
