I'm very happy to finally be able to present an animation we did at Polyester for TIFF (the International cinema festival in Toronto). The part I designed and animated goes from the minute 00:21 to 00:38. I scanned a bunch of textures from various magazines to a very high resolution so I would get the printing half tones. In also moved the magazines along with the scanner, so I would get cool and weird, distorted textures, that I later used in the animation. Here's an animation I did last year. The cool thing about it is that I had some time to rig the characters, so I was able to make some interesting back end with lots of expressions. Especially the main character, who's two guys in one, was a bit of a mind bender to set and animate.
