We sold another home with multiple offers?? 2020 isn’t living up to all the expert predictions..

Finally getting around to this one. Congratulations to these excited first time home buyers! We were able to save them $15k off the original price during covid’s surprisingly hot market. Also huge thanks to @viksahi and his team for putting this together and squeezing in a last minute rate decrease before they took possession.

2020 has been anything but normal.. specially when it came down to real estate. Here is what happened in the final quarter of the year in Langley & Cloverdale. If you want information on any other area let me know.

Congratulations to my awesome clients on the sale of their home! We were able to generate multiple offers and get their home sold $25k higher than the competition.

My buyers are stoked on their new investment property in #southsurrey! We were able to negotiate the price substantially lower than asking so the rental income could cover most of their mortgage.

Today I am thankful. Even though 2020 has been a year of utter chaos it has also been a year full of massive blessings. To everyone who has supported and impacted me, I appreciate you.
