Today we said a sad goodbye to Elysia as she is moving on to amazing things, and welcomed Zee to the office! So you will hear a new voice on the phone for awhile. We are excited to have him join our team!

We are looking to add someone new to our team! Looking for a receptionist/legal assistant. Duties would include answering phones, booking appointments, creating bills, small accounting duties, month end, working with Mr. Lyons on court files, preparing financial statements and other court forms, contacting clients for information and you will be training on conveyancing for the summer season. This is a higher stress job, you must be able to deal well with people, and have attention to detail. Position would start training mid-end of October. This is not a full time position, but hours will be greater from June-September with real estate season and that must be taken into account when applying.
