[Help] This is doing my head in. I have spent hours, and I still can’t decide I am about to open up 5 spots for my experiment in Sep (work with 5 parents for free to create a bullet proof Debt Repayment plan) ... It’s an experiment, but it needs a name. What should we call it? A, B, C or D??? Would love to have your help before we open up the 10 spots. Thanks folks!

I was invested in the St. John’s real estate market from 2007-2012. As young 20 something, that was my first real experiences in the adult money world. Did I make a few mistakes sure, but I came out stronger and maybe an ounce wiser for it. One of the big takeaways for me was that most people are investing in real estate with a very dangerous mindset. They think buying rental real estate is investing but that’s incorrect your running a small business when you have rentals.... Investing and entrepreneurship are two completely different things and you need two different mind sets to be successful in either. See more
