Starting Monday, masks are now mandatory in all public indoor spaces. In addition to a mask policy, we are still implementing our 1 person in the lobby at a time policy - please take a peek inside the windows when you arrive to make sure no other clients are inside already. As well, we ask that only 1 person from the family drop off the dog. If you do not have a mask, please call the shop when you arrive and we will come outside to get your dog. A reminder to be kind to employees everywhere - they are doing the best they can. Thank you for understanding!

Summer coming to an end is sad, but we know everyone will be happy that beginning in September, we will be open 9am-2pm on Saturdays again! Our first Saturday appointment available is September 5th, and it’s already starting to book up. These appointments are high in demand, so we recommend booking well in advance if you’re needing a weekend appointment. Contact us to book your pooch in!

We are happy to announce we will be resuming nail trims and BFF trims starting Monday, June 1st. We will be doing them by appointment only, so please call or email to book your dog in. We ask that when you come for your appointment, you only have a simple collar and leash on your dog, as we will be removing them and using our own slip-leads. Owners are not permitted to come into the back to hold their dog at this time for health and safety reasons. Thank you all for your continued support and understanding through this difficult and confusing time! *Nail trims are $15+tax.
