Hello all, We did on 1st trial of these Ang Ku Kueh filling with sweet mung bean paste. It's a Chinese pastry with soft, sticky glutinous rice flour skin wrapped around a sweet filling in the centre.. As suggested by its name, red tortoise cakes are traditionally red in color and has a sticky, chewy texture when eaten.
