! Summer is here and it has been a hot week so far! Here are some tips if you are planning on spending some time outside this Canada Day: Stay hydrated.... Wear (and re-apply) your SPF sunscreen throughout the day. Wear appropriate footwear if you are going for a hike or vigorous physical activity. Have a proper warm-up and cool down if you are participating in outdoor sports and activities (check a few posts back for our warm-up routine!). Avoid overheating - wear a hat, stay in the shade, and avoid exercising during the hottest part of the day. Don't forget to follow social distancing if you are in larger crowds!
