ITS HERE!!! Happy life insurance awareness month! Get ready to be aware! Over the past couple of weeks I have had a few people tell me they are uninsurable for various reasons. Turns out they were just not being offered the right kind! ... Did you know there are various types of life insurance? It’s not a one size fits all product, that’s why I like to find a little bit out about the people I work with before offering them a product because there are so many different options!

I’m so excited!! September is one of my favourite months! The heat starts backing off, the bugs start leaving everyone alone, the leaves begin to change, hunting season starts, and it is LIFE INSURANCE AWARENESS MONTH!!! Have I mentioned I’m a big ol insurance nerd ... It’s my time to shine!! So very true! You can’t get life insurance once you need it, it has to be in place before hand and the earlier you get it the lower your premium will be, it gets more expensive with every year you let pass. I’ve been asked a couple times recently why I do what I do for a living and accidentally got a little passionate about my answer lol so I figured I would share some of it for anyone else that might be curious. 1. I do what I do because of what could happen if I don’t. Life, critical illness and disability insurance are not usually top of people’s priority list until they need them. I try to talk to people before they need them because they can help so much! Investing for re...tirement, kids schooling, a home or just to have savings is never really top priority until it’s very quickly approaching. I try to help before that point. It’s so important and I want to help! 2. I’m an insurance nerd there’s no question that I am 100% in love with all things insurance and because of that I actually love spending hours playing with quotes and coverages to find the best for my clients. I really like seeing what investments can do too so I always search into the very best fit for every situation! 3. I love seeing people light up when they start talking about their dreams and when they see a plan in front of them with the numbers that could make those dreams a reality It is my favourite part of the job! Some people have never given these possibilities a thought others spend 23 hours a day thinking of them and I honestly love it! Why do you do what you do? Do you love it? I sure hope so!

I'm so excited to start the day today that I had to wait for the sun to rise to get a picture!
