Hello dear Reader, I very much hope this message finds you happy, healthy and well, especially during these very challenging times. Massage therapists like myself, and other healthcare providers are watching Public Health for advice and guidance, as they begin to open the way back to "normal" life. These days and weeks into the pandemic are stressful for all of us. But it will soon pass, and then I will be back doing therapeutic massage, mindful of best practices and all public health precautions. Please stay as healthy and active as you can be, and be kind and gentle to all.
