I wish I could say the storms here were the reason for the little surprise below but they would have needed to have been from 4+ months ago. Time will tell what the storms will bring... I hope everyone was misting heavy for some breeding success! Guess the froglet (about 1 month old)- crappy pic as usual!

DFI always has stock of flies, springs and ispods. You can order new or booming cultures of Hydei, melanogasters or Turkish gliders. Springtail and Isopod cultures are starters as blooming cultures can crash. Price is $10 each, discount for larger PREORDERED cultures.

Did you know? Misting your vivs heavily the day before and the day of heavy storms will dramatically increase the chance of your frogs breeding? Adding extra feedings during this time will also help increase the chances. We are not frog breeders, we have become meteorologists!

Summer tip: make sure all your fly cultures add more water as they dry out faster in the hotter months. This is the season that most people run out of flys because of this reason
