Update March 17, 2020 With new recommendations regarding outpatient visits, Dartmouth ENT Associates will only be seeing urgent care patients. If you have a pre-existing appointment with one of the physicians at our Baker Drive location, you will receive a call from our office postponing your visit until further notice. We do not know how long this will take, and we appreciate that some of you have had long wait times for this appointment. If you have surgery scheduled with ...one of the physicians, depending on the nature of that surgery, it might be postponed until further notice. We will call you to give you notice either way. Dartmouth ENT update 1: March 14, 2020 We hope all of you are well. Things in Canada are evolving daily, and almost hourly. We ask that you check our page for updates on clinic times as office hours may change rather quickly. If we make changes to our clinic hours, we will try to give you as much notice as possible. Please be prepared for some disruptions in your scheduled appointment. We ask that you DO NOT come to our office if you have:... - new cough / headache / fever / new cold symptoms - recent exposure to a COVID-19 patient in the last two weeks - recent international travel in the past two weeks If either of the first two of these apply to you, you should call 811 and obtain guidance from their staff. If it is the third, please consider self-isolation for two weeks. If you cannot come in, please call our office if you have a scheduled appointment, and at least leave a message with your doctor's front desk, and they will be able to assist you. Some physicians may need to self-isolate due to new recommendations, and in those cases, their staff will be in touch to discuss how to proceed. In order to protect you and our staff, if you are coming to clinic, please minimize the number of people in your party. We are trying to minimize the number of people in the waiting area to reduce proximal exposure. We may elect to perform a follow up evaluation or discuss results by telephone rather than an in-person clinic visit. We can also renew medications we have prescribed for you electronically if we have your pharmacy on file. We apologize for the inconvenience(s) this may cause ytou. Update Monday September 9 - 18:00 Looks like power is back up at Baker Drive for Dartmouth ENT Associates. We should hopefully be up and running for tomorrow morning, September 10, 2019. Good morning. Today is Monday September 9, 2019. As of 6:30 am Baker Drive and much of Portland Street remains without power. The Dartmouth ENT clinic will be open at 8:00 but will be running with limited services until the power and our servers are back online. If you have an appointment today please try to reach us by phone to hear a message about how to reschedule. We will be able to do so once our servers are back online. Drive carefully. Hi, this is Dr. LeBlanc from Dartmouth ENT on Baker Drive. It is September 8, 2019, post Hurricane Day 1. We hope everyone is safe and sound after yesterday's storm. We opened this page to provide information for our clinic hours this week. We will provide information for Dr. Ian Dempsey, Dr. Rick Balys, Dr. Andrew Neil Smith, and Dr. Robin LeBlanc.
