We have received email news from Ministry of Transportation with new changes relating to vehicle safeties. As of April 8th, 2020 to help contain the spread of COVID-19 validity periods have been extended until further notice for the following: Safety Standards Certificates Structural Inspection Certificates Semi-Annual Vehicle Inspections... Annual Vehicle Inspections This applies to any above that have expired on or after March 1, 2020. Further information can also be found on the Ministry of Transportation website.

Hey Everyone, We wanted to take a bit of time to give you an update. We have decided to close the front door to people coming into the office. We are still here but ask that you call for service. We have also received some updates from Drive Clean relating to emission testing of diesel vehicles. ... Impact of COVID-19 Response on the Heavy Diesel Commercial Motor Vehicle Emissions Testing Program: As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve locally and globally, Ontario continues to take decisive action to protect the health and safety of all individuals and families. To help promote social distancing and contain the spread of the virus, the Ministry of Transportation announced it is extending the validity period of driving permits and other vehicle and carrier products to reduce the need for in-person visits to Service Ontario locations. To further support this announcement, the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks will suspend the Emissions Testing Program effective immediately, to further lessen the impact of the COVID-19 virus on emissions testing facilities, Ontario drivers and vehicle owners, and Service Ontario locations. These changes will be in place until, based on the advice of Ontario's Chief Medical Officer of Health and public health officials, the current situation improves. Once the extension of validation stickers is removed by the Ministry of Transportation an emissions inspection report will again be required, and the program will continue.

Winter roads are slippery and we have had a heavy snow fall the last couple days. As much as we enjoy working and meeting new people travelling Highway 17, please drive safe!

So very sorry for any inconvenience, freight will be late today being delivered. We are not expected to have our truck here until 1:00 p.m.

We would like to remind everyone with the holidays fast approaching the amount of freight coming in daily is increasing. Most parcels ordered come with a tracking number and those numbers are updated as soon we receive them and put a scan on them. We are doing our best to ensure everyone gets their parcels as fast as possible! We are required to deliver all business parcels first every day and residential second, with some exceptions (i.e. medications, refrigerated parcels, e...tc.) Residential deliveries are usually out for delivery by 2:00 p.m. Parcels undelivered by 5:00 p.m. return and go out first thing the next morning for delivery while we wait for the new freight to arrive. If you notice your parcel has arrived and would like to pick it up, feel free to stop in or give us a quick call and we can set it aside for you. **Small Reminder** I'm sure some of you may be doing some travels during the holiday season, any parcels attempted to be delivered three times to an address go back on the seventh day after receiving it. If you will be away and do not have someone who can accept your parcel for you please give us a call and we can make sure it does not get sent back.
