About five months ago, the COVID shut down started to take place. Some businesses closed voluntarily. Others were forced to shut down. While others like ours had been classified as essential and stayed open. We did our best to sort out a new normal day of business. Today, we are proud to say we are still here because of the support from our tremendous customers and our dedicated staff. We are as strong as we have ever been. Over the last few months, we have had th...e pleasure of see many new customers whom had been shopping outside the community and at other establishments. We have also had continued support from our existing customer base. For this we are extremely grateful! THE SONG BIRDS ARE BACK! Last night we had Red Pols and Gold Finches at the bird feeders. We have a couple of seeds that these little guys love. ... Nyjer seed is back in stock in the 50 lbs bags with at retail of $80.00. We also have Nyjer seed in 8 kg and 4kg bags. Hoping that everyone has had a good weekend. For the week of April 6th to 11th, our store hours will be 9:30 until 3:30. We will be closed Friday, April 10 for Good Friday and will be open Saturday, April 11 from 10 till 2. The first couple weeks you, our customers, have been great at pre-ordering the items that you are wanting. This has allowed for reduced wait times in the store and has made social distancing much easier. A sales rep once told me when you are in business there are never two days the same, and you never know what the day will bring until its over...... I bet he never seen COVID 19 coming! As we move into uncharted waters with the recent developments in terms of Covid 19, we are constantly reevaluating and trying to determine what is best for our staff, our customers, and our business. As a result, we have decided to change our store hours and the way our business is run for a short time. This weekend, March 27 and 28, we will be closed to catch up on some much needed maintenance and cleaning. We will reopen Monday, March 30 with business hours of 9:30 until 1...:30 daily.
